The recommended dosage is one tab/day as a single morning administration.
If results are not adequate after 1 month of treatment, the dosage may be increased to two tabs/day, given in divided doses (1 tab in the morning and in the evening) before meals.
Treatment may be continued indefinitely.

In case of an emergency or an overdose, call your local emergency services or go to your nearest emergency room.
If you miss a dose of Rilmenidine, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and take your regular dose as scheduled. Do not take a double dose.
