Berocca Performance (Multivitamin)

Berocca Performance is the brand name of effervescent multivitamin tablets. Each dissolvable tablet contains:

  • 500 mg of vitamin C
  • 100 mg of calcium
  • 100 mg of magnesium
  • 50 mg of nicotinamide (vitamin B3)
  • 23 mg of calcium pantothenate/pantothenic acid (vitamin B5)
  • 15 mg of thiamine (vitamin B1)
  • 15 mg of riboflavin (vitamin B2)
  • 10 mg of pyridoxine (vitamin B6)
  • 10 mg of zinc, 400 mcg of folic acid
  • 150 mcg of biotin (vitamin B7)
  • 10 mcg of cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12)

How should I take this product?

  • Dissolve effervescent tablets in a glass of water, then drink it.
  • Do not take the effervescent tablet directly by mouth. 
  • Take this supplement with or without a meal.
  • You can take Berocca at any time during the day, but it is best with breakfast.
  • How do I store this product?

    Berocca is best stored at room temperature away from direct light and moisture. To prevent drug damage, you should not store Berocca in the bathroom or the freezer. There may be different brands of Berocca that may have different storage needs. It is important to always check the product package for instructions on storage, or ask your pharmacist. For safety, you should keep all medicines away from children and pets.
