    In Need of a Fitspiration? Here Are 10 Fitness Influencers To Follow Online

    Do you struggle in achieving and maintaining your fitness goals? Maybe a little push from well-known fitness influencers can help you! Here, we give you a list of personalities you can follow for your daily dose of fitspiration! 

    1. Erwan Heussaff (@erwan)

    If you need reminding that yes, you can lose weight and become healthy, check out Erwan Heussaff. He went from being an overweight, unhealthy kid to a total fitspiration, who now shares his healthy recipes online. 

    His website, The Fat Kid Inside, also shares meal plans and articles discussing fitness-related concerns, like being fit and healthy despite a busy schedule.

    2. AR Resurreccion (@ar.resurreccion

    AR Resurreccion is among the top TikTok fitness influencers. If you’re more of a gym buff, his TikTok videos would guide you through pull-ups, cable crossovers, leg presses, and push-ups. On top of these, he also discusses protein intake and various tips on weight loss

    Note that on his YouTube channel, AR Resurreccion says he helps people get fit with ZERO food restrictions. 

    3. Bubbles Paraiso (@bubblesparaiso)

    Bubbles Paraiso is not just an alluring actress, she’s also a certified yoga teacher, triathlete, and certified sports nutrition advisor. 

    Following her on Instagram gives you the total fitspiration package. You‘ll come across yoga poses, motivational captions, and even inspiring sceneries.

    If you’re looking for a “mellow” fitness routine through yoga, check out Bubbles Paraiso’s Instagram account. 

    4. Brent Seniedo (@brenthlete)

    Brent Seniedo now has over half a million followers on TikTok. Like AR Resurreccion, his videos mostly focus on workouts that use gym equipment. 

    Following his account would give you insight on different workouts, like weighted punches and side crunches. He also talks about diet tips. 

    5. Noelle De Guzman (@kikayrunner)

    Experts say running is one of the best exercises there is! Not only is it easy, but it’s also an effective aerobic workout! If you’re into good old running, follow Noelle De Guzman, aka, the Kikay Runner. 

    Besides information about running, Noelle De Guzman also posts about cycling, yoga, and swimming. 

    6. Takbo PH (@takboph)

    Like Noelle De Guzman, Takbo PH is one of the fitness influencers that’s geared towards getting fit through running. 

    Takbo PH is founded by Jinoe M. Gavan, a semi-con engineer, church leader, and runner. He promotes running to a wider audience through his website, social media accounts, and product reviews. 

    7. Nikki Misa (@foodanatummy)

    Nikki Misa is a total fitspiration goal because she experienced what it’s like to persevere to get the ideal, healthy weight – losing 40 pounds in the span of 5 months. And she’s a chef, too! 

    Together with her boyfriend, Michael, they created Food AnaTummy, an Instagram account where they share healthy, sumptuous foodswith their corresponding calories. 

    8. Kristina Luisa (@kristinaluisa)

    If you’re just getting started with your fitness journey and are looking for TikTok guides, follow Kristina Luisa. She uploads videos on arm workouts, HIIT, full-body exercises, and workouts that focus on the legs or core. 

    9. Andie De Guzman (@andeguzman24)

    Last on our list of fitness influencers is Andie De Guzman. Definitely follow her on TikTok if you prefer using equipment, like resistance bands and dumbbells. Get further guidance on how to use them. 

    If you’re more into no-equipment workouts, Andie has those, too! 

    10. Doc Jet Fitness (@doc_jet_fitness)

    Are you aiming for slimmer arms, wider hips, or tighter tummy? You might want to check out Doc Jet Fitness’ TikTok videos, which feature many targeted exercises! Besides her fun workout videos, followers also love her diet tips. 

    What’s more, the inspiring woman behind Doc Jet Fitness is Dr. Jetty Magalona, a Belo doctor.
