After obtaining her BS Biology degree from De La Salle University in Manila, she proceeded to complete her medical degree at the University of Santo Tomas.

She completed her Orthopedic Surgery Residency Training at the Philippine Orthopedic Center. Aside from serving as Chief Orthopedic Surgery Hospitalist at Cardinal Santos Medical Center, she also worked as Orthopedic House Staff at the prestigious Asian Hospital and Medical Center in Muntinlupa City.
