Nido vs Lactum?
Saka bump ko lang hindi ko kasi sure if may nakakita na ng post ko tungkol dito kagabi. Sa pagitan ng nido vs. lactum, ano kaya ang mas magandang ibigay sa 3 year old ko?

They’re both secondary milk anyway, which means sa age po ng kid niyo, that’s not the only thing he should consume. He should be consuming healthy solid food as well.
