Low blood sugar, also known as hypoglycemia, is a condition that occurs when the body has too much insulin or does not have enough sugar in the bloodstream. Low blood sugar is common in diabetics but it can happen to anyone. By monitoring your blood sugar regularly, you can catch hypoglycemia early and ensure your blood sugar levels are maintained at  a normal range.
