How to Increase Penis Size: Is it Possible?

It’s not uncommon for men to feel uncomfortable about their penis size. Some men might feel inadequate, or believe that having a larger penis would make them a better lover. This is also the reason why men tend to look for ways on how to increase penis size.

But is having a big penis really all that it’s cracked up to be? Let’s find out.

How big is the average penis?

Before discussing how to increase penis size, we need to talk about how big the average penis is.

According to a study conducted by David Veale, a psychologist  at the South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust, the global average is about 3.61 inches long when flaccid, and 5.16 inches long when erect.

In terms of girth, the average penis is 3.66 inches when flaccid, and 4.59 inches when erect.

They also found that outliers or those with particularly large or particularly small penises are pretty rare. Additionally, a person’s height, as well as the size of their other body parts had no bearing on their penis size.

However, penis size also varies depending on a person’s race, but generally speaking, most men have an average-sized penis.

Despite this, a lot of men still wish to learn how to increase penis size. With about 55% of men admitting to not being satisfied with their size.

    What about in the Philippines?

When it comes to the average Filipino penis size, the average was about 4.3 inches when erect. However, there are some doubts as to whether or not this information is accurate since there is no scientific basis for different races having different penis sizes.

It is generally accepted that a person’s genetics has more to do with penis size, rather than race. This means that the global average penis size might be pretty close to the average penis size of Filipino males.

When does the penis stop growing?

A man’s penis starts to grow bigger during puberty since this is the time that secondary sex characteristics start to develop. It stops growing once a man is about 18-19 years old, which means that the penis size at that age would be how big the penis is for life.

And since genetics plays a bigger role when it comes to penis size, there really is no way to control how big the penis would be.

Are there any ways to lengthen the penis?

So when it comes to how to increase penis size, is it even possible?

You might notice a lot of websites and even online stores selling products designed to increase penis size. These may be in the form of pills, lotions, or creams that reportedly claim to enlarge a man’s penis.

However, the reality is that aside from having penis enlargement surgery, there are no other ways on how to increase penis size. There are no exercises nor are there any types of medicine that could grow the penis.

While penis enlargement surgery for cosmetic reasons does exist, it is a controversial practice and most surgeons consider it unnecessary and even harmful. Studies regarding penis enlargement surgery are fairly uncommon and don’t give an accurate enough picture of the risks and benefits involved.

So in your quest to find out how to increase penis size, it helps to be careful and do your research.

What can you do about it?

If you think that you have a small penis, it might have more to do with your self-esteem rather than the penis size. Most men actually do not need to worry about their penis size.

The problem mostly lies within the culture that believes bigger is better.

Surprisingly, studies conducted regarding women’s preference for penis found that women actually preferred a slightly larger penis. However, they preferred it mostly with one-time partners.

Women who were interested in a long-term relationship were generally satisfied with the size of their partner’s penis.

What this means is that if you are in a long-term relationship, what’s more important is knowing how to please your partner rather than just having a big penis. Having a deep connection with your partner greatly increases both you and your partner’s enjoyment, and make sex a more enjoyable activity.

If the penis size is causing you to feel insecure, you can try and talk to a therapist about it. Your insecurities or your desire to know how to increase penis size might be rooted in something deeper, and might not even be completely about penile size.

Being overweight or obese can also be a problem

Another factor when it comes to penis size is in the case of obese or overweight men. There is a common myth that obese or overweight men have shorter penises, but this is largely untrue.

However, having extra fat around the pubic area can make it seem that an obese or overweight person’s penis is smaller. So if we had to identify how to increase penis size, albeit indirectly, this comes closest.

Not only does losing weight “show off” your penis better, but it also improves your overall health. Additionally, healthier men tend to last longer in bed and can satisfy their partners better, so it would be a good idea to lose weight if you are on the heavier side.

The most important thing would be to ask your partner what their needs are. By listening to what they want, you can satisfy your partner better. Knowing how to increase penis size doesn’t really matter so long as your partner is happy and both of you have a safe and healthy sex life.
