I have been working in Medicine for 10 years, during this time I have worked in General Medicine, General Surgery, Orthopaedics, Palliative Medicine, Obstetrics and Gynaecology, Emergency Medicine, General Practice, and Sports Medicine – spending some time as a team medic for a rugby league side. I have also been lucky enough to play rugby to a semi-professional level in a national league structure, which has allowed me to develop as a rounded individual.
I finished off my training in General Practice having passed all of my examinations with high grades. I intend to spend a few years working and experiencing different cultures, both in the UK and abroad.
For the past 3 years, I have been working as a GP in Melbourne, Australia. My work includes both routine and emergency medicine. I have worked in Emergency medicine as a GP, performed OOH GP work, and have done routine GP clinics.
