Ana Patricia Ayo, also known as Ayer, is a Clinical Nutritionist-Dietitian who specializes in functional nutrition. She has been providing nutrition counseling using her distinctive holistic approach for more than 5 years to people with a wide-array of health concerns. Some of which include autoimmune diseases, cardiometabolic syndrome and PCOS. She graduated from University of Santo Tomas with a Bachelor’s Degree in Nutrition and Dietetics. To further her career, she completed a training course named “Nutrition Management of Food Intolerances” under Global Medical Technologies which certifies her to interpret food intolerance results. She also attended the first ever “Applying Functional Medicine in Clinical Practice” (AFMCP) in South East Asia, a convention held by The Institute for Functional Medicine. She has worked with hundreds of clients in achieving their health goals alongside functional medicine doctors with a focus on behavior modification, digestion health and hormonal imbalance. She also enjoys sharing nutrition tips and advice on her facebook page, Ayer, RND, which serves as her tool to educate people about proper nutrition. To her, with the right blend of nutrition and other lifestyle factors, biochemical imbalances in a person’s body can be further improved.
