I have a boil that popped and I know I shouldn't mess with it but it hurts and itches really bad what am I able to do about it

It start by itching then some inflammation like pimples but bigger and looks very black until after a while it swells and a white liquid appears on top of the swell which becomes so painful .when it bursts,a white liquid comes out followed by a hardened black thing like that which comes out of blackheads

Which product available at reasonable price is used to remove blackheads and shrink the open pores. ?

Hello I have a painful bull on the inner part of my right leg at the bottom I have hepatitis c chronic and scheduled to see the doctor to go to my first appointment may. 11th.
