Yuzpe Method: 13 hours late of 2nd dose

Good day! We're in a situation wherein my girlfriend did Yuzpe Method which is also called Emergency method, and she took 4 dose after 26 hours of unprotected sex, however, her 2nd dose was 13 hours late after the previous one. Is it still safe? Does it lessen its effectiveness? What should we do?
