Anong pwedeng alternative sa calciumade for pregnant women?
Nag-advice yung doctor ko na uminom ng calciumade for pregnant women pero parang hindi ako hiyang. Mejo lumala yata yung constipation ko after ko magtake noon. Anong calcium supplements ninyo na baka pwede kong itanong sa OB kung pwede.
