Maagang sintomas ng diabetes ba ang pagbaba ng timbang?
Napapansin ko na mejo namamayat ako - although nag-increase naman talaga yung activity ko kaya baka normal lang. Worried lang ako kasi sabi ng iba pwedeng maagang sintomas ng diabetes ang weight loss. Kailan ako dapat magworry sa weight loss ko?
No need to worry if the weight loss is less than about 5% of your usual body weight, if the loss happened over a long stretch of time, and yes if you had evident increase in your physical activities yet maintained your daily caloric intake. If it's otherwise though, please consult with your doctor.
