C. P. Reyes Hospital is a Level 2 hospital duly accredited by the Department of Health. It is strategically located at A. Mabini Avenue, Tanauan City Batangas, owned and managed by Tanauan Medical Center, Inc. Dr. Carlito P. Reyes initially put up a 2-bed out-patient clinic in December 1982 and after only a month of operation, it was increased to 5-bed capacity and subsequently expanded to a 30-bed capacity secondary hospital.
