What is the dose for an adult?

Take 1 to 2 capsules or 10 to 20 mL every 4 hours.

What is the dose for a child?

Based on age:

• 12 years and above: Give 1 to 2 capsules or 10 to 20 mL every 4 hours.
• 6 to 11 years: 1 capsule or 5 to 10 mL every 4 hours.
• 2 to 5 years: 50 to 100 mg per dose, up to 600 mg per day.
• Under 2 years: Do not give this drug.
