What is the dose of Neopeptine for an adult?
Liquid: The recommended dose is 5 mL twice daily.
What is the dose of Neopeptine for a child?
Capsule:
The recommended dose is one cap twice daily after each meal.
Liquid:
Children >1 year: The recommended dose is 5 mL daily in 2 divided doses.
Infants <1 year: The recommended dose is 0.5 mL (about 12 drops) daily in single or 2 divided doses.
Neopeptine Liquid can be mixed with a little water and taken after each meal.
Drops:
Children >1 year: The recommended dose is 0.5 mL (about 12 drops), 2-3 times/day.
Infants <1 year: The recommended dose is 0.5 mL (about 12 drops) daily in single or in 2 divided doses.
How is Neopeptine available?
Neopeptine is available in the following dosage forms and strengths:
- Neopeptine Cap 10 x 10’s
- Neopeptine Liquid 60 mL, 100 Ml
- Neopeptine Drops 15 Ml
What should I do in case of an emergency or overdose?
In case of an emergency or an overdose, call your local emergency services or go to your nearest emergency room.
What should I do if I miss a dose?
If you miss a dose of Neopeptine, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and take your regular dose as scheduled. Do not take a double dose.
