Jovan Puyo: #FYouDiabetes!

In 2018, at the age of 41, Jovan Puyo was diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus. It did not come as a surprise to him because, like many of us, Diabetes ran in Jovan’s family. 

He had two choices: accept his fate and rely on medication to manage the condition, or to take his power back and turn his life around. Today, Jovan says he is living a healthier life despite his condition.
