Need help with Boil

My husband has a boil in his armpit and it's draining a Lilttle it's about the size of a nickel and I was wondering if there's something I can buy at the store to help draw out the infection and help with the pain

I hope your husband is well by this time. Usual pain relievers over the counter could help for cases like this. However, to address the bacteria and safely drain the lesion out, seeing a doctor is highly recommended.
