Dr. Mike-Kenneth Doratan completed his General Surgery Residency at the Medical City, where he served as Chief Resident. After graduating from the University of Santo Tomas in 2013, he began his internship at the Metropolitan Medical Center, where he was given the Most Outstanding Intern award.

His growing body of clinical research currently includes in-depth case reports on the medical and surgical management of conditions such as Obstructive Biliary Disease, Cholecystitis, and Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary disease (COPD). Among his certifications are trainings in Trauma Emergency skills with the Philippine College of Surgeons and certifications in basic and advanced Laparoscopic surgery.
